    Training in the chemical industry

    Together with the Chemieverbände RLP (chemical associations for Rhineland-Palatinate), we are delighted to present to you two interesting short films on the topic of training in the chemical industry.

    When producing these films, the aim was to provide prospective trainees with a realistic and fascinating insight into the various professions and wealth of opportunities in the chemical industry. We hope to encourage young people to start their career in an interesting and future-focused field such as chemistry.

    The short films portray the work environment, day-to-day tasks, and the challenges that warehouse operators, machine and plant operators, and chemical production specialists face in order to convey an authentic picture of what it is like to work in the chemical industry. “We are thrilled to be collaborating with the Chemieverbände RLP and are proud to be present these informative and inspiring short films to the public,” says Ranja Böcher, HR and training manager at SÜDWEST. “Our aim is to show young people how exciting and future-focused training in the chemical industry can be.
