Alt Ems - brand new

In 2005, the Lotz family opened the Gasthaus Alt Ems after a complete refurbishment. Around 20 years later, the façade was given a new paint coat. Malerfachbetrieb Secker GmbH recognised the challenges on site and decided to use LotusanTherm. Thanks to the Lotus effect, dirt rolls off with the rain. The façade is quickly clean and dry again, providing perfect protection against algae and fungi. The SÜDWEST colour studio provided support with the design.
