The application of façade work safely in cool weather
The SÜDWEST DryControl Additiv extends the façade painting season and ensures safety at critical temperatures.
When temperatures drop in autumn or spring is still a long way off, façade work does not necessarily have to be postponed. With the SÜDWEST DryControl Additiv, selected SÜDWEST façade paints can be applied safely even in cool weather.
Simply add a 450-ml bottle of DryControl additive to a 12.5-litre bucket of paint – and the drying of the coating will be accelerated. This means façade work can be carried out at temperatures as low as +1 °C. The surfaces with coatings are resistant to early rain after around 6 hours and protected against night frost down to −5 °C.
Greater reliability in changeable weather
Particularly during the transitional seasons, sudden drops in temperature, rain and night frost can make the application of façade work difficult. The DryControl Additiv helps you to safely manage critical weather conditions and reduce the risk of weather-related damage. This means that more façade projects can be completed or carried out than planned, rather than having to be postponed due to the weather. The façade season is extended into autumn and starts earlier in spring.
Flexible to use – exactly when it matters most.
Another advantage: the DryControl Additiv is used directly on the site and only when required. This means there is no need to keep a special stock of various façade paints formulated for cold temperatures.
