SÜDWEST is IHK training company for 2020

The Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) for the Palatinate has certified paint and coating manufacturer SÜDWEST (Böhl-Iggelheim) as a training company for 2020. The Chamber of Industry and Commerce regards nurturing the next generation of skilled workers as an active way of future-proofing the economy. Right now, the pandemic has made training difficult – for everyone involved. That’s why it’s all the more important to train young people to continue to give capable young workers the chance to succeed. With this in mind, the IHK for the Palatinate recognises companies who actively take on this task. As a thank-you for the high level of commitment it has shown during the pandemic in 2020, the IHK for the Palatinate has now honoured SÜDWEST. “We are delighted to receive this recognition,” says SÜDWEST managing director Hans-Jörg von Rhade, “yet, for us, it is more important to meet our responsibility as a training company in the region and to pave the way for the future together with our young people.”
